The residential accommodation is arranged to provide four-storey tower with 35 family dwellings of two and three bedroom apartments. The complex includes car parking and landscaped with private and communal gardens which provide views through to the mediterranean sea. Bimplicity developed the mechanical, electrical and piping systems on the MEP model, then coordinated the project with Autodesk Navisworks.
